Caroline Island Blind Passage
Few boats have ever sailed through this blind pass of Caroline Island, like a cul-de-sac. Maybe as few as five in the last fifteen years. The seas are often confused and the visibility poor. I had a friend, Hugh, up on the spreaders, directing me on the VHF; you can hear him in the background. Herbert is commentating.

How long are you there?
I don't know, but I really like it here. Stuff is so cheap and everyone is so so nice. I am trying to get my head on straight as with regards to the future: I want another boat!
But there is alot to see here so I will have to play around for at least a little while. Then get serious. I want an expedition boat, so I can go to cold places. I'll tell you more....
