Caroline Island Blind Passage
Few boats have ever sailed through this blind pass of Caroline Island, like a cul-de-sac. Maybe as few as five in the last fifteen years. The seas are often confused and the visibility poor. I had a friend, Hugh, up on the spreaders, directing me on the VHF; you can hear him in the background. Herbert is commentating.

My deepest condolences to you and your family. He seemed to be a genius of a man. It was good you were able to come home and spend time with him, really glad for you that you had that time.
I am sorry I have not been around, my fundraiser was yesterday and not a day off since April 26th, until today. Catching up with folks and paid a visit.
Wishes of Peace, Calm and Love to you and your family while you take time to reflect on what appeared to be a wonderful person and a wonderful life.
